10 tips to keep your teeth healthy

1-      Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste.

2-      Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth.

3-      Use mouthwash to kill bacteria and freshen your breath.

4-      Replace your toothbrush every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

5-      Eat a balanced diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks.

6-      Don't use tobacco products.

7-      Avoid biting your nails, eating hard foods, and using your teeth to open packages.

8-      Wear a mouthguard while playing sports to protect your teeth from injury.

9-      Visit your dentist regularly for cleanings and checkups.

10-   Consider using dental sealants or fluoride treatments to strengthen your teeth and prevent decay.
